"I do Momma!"

Aurora's new phrase is "I do, Momma!"
This is used all the time all day, during diaper changing (hers or Joaquin's), meal times, bath times, etc.

Aurora and Brooklyn prefer their babies without clothes so its easier to diaper them, luckily their baby dolls wear Luvs size 4 just like them.

Grandma Sandoval's Peanut Butter Cookies

We tried to make PB Cookies like Grandma Sandoval, but they just wouldn't turn out, or come off the cookie sheet, I think we might have needed more flour for the altitude.
Here is Aurora taking her turn, Enrique waiting patiently (kinda.)

Rique's turn, Aurora is not ready to give up her turn.
Notice how Enrique has distanced himself and the bowl from Aurora as she lunges across the table. He holds the bowl protectively just in case she reaches him.
Not the most happy kids, but learning to take turns in not always a fun thing.

Alina's Visit

Alina and Joaquin are growing fast.

These pictures were taken upside down while they were laying on their backs.

Aurora and Enrique wanted to be part of the picture fun.
Look at the Bonita's grin!

We love when our cousins come to visit us. Thank you Alina!

Fun with Kids

Its a little frightening how much Aurora actually looks like Enrique.
Don't our three men look amazingly alike? We got this photo of Enrique from a friend's birthday party he went to. Joaquin is wearing a cute little beanie a friend made for him. This picture makes me laugh every time I see it.

Joaquin's Laugh

I thought nothing could be better than his sweet smile, now I wonder if anything can beat his laugh. I love these boys. Joaquin tends to steal the show here, but be sure to appreciate the loving smile and excitement his older brother shows too.

Cookie Making

Enrique had strep throat and had to be quarantined to his bedroom all weekend, and then some. He was so bored and requested that we make cookies when he was all better. Here they are.
Enrique did all the mixing, all from the cookbook from Grandma Sandoval. The recipe was super simple just flour, sugar, margarine and an egg (which he promptly ran over to borrow next door when I said we were out.)

They kept everything pretty clean too.

The cookies turned out really cool and quite yummy. There are no after cookies because they got eaten too quickly. I guess that means we'll have to make them again soon.

Fun in a Blanket

This is an obvious Papa activity, swinging 3 month old in blanket with 6 year old with 20 month old hanging on. And like all Papa activities, this too was very fun and successful. Thank you Papa.
