We got up nice and early and headed over to eat breakfast and celebrate Pioneer Day with Grandma and Grandpa Granados' ward. Afterwards, we continued our family tradition of working hard like the pioneers by cleaning carpet for Grandma and Grandpa then our backyard. We ended the day with a fantastic ward party and fireworks.
The kids sorted throw the sawdust to find candy, Rora watched on with a lolipop in her mouth.
Rique wrote his name on his rocket and then watched it soar high into the air.
Seth really had a fun time tossing the kids up in the air, I love the smile on his face.
We both dressed up in our Pioneer attire and had fun celebrating our ancestors.
Rique got to hold the banner at the beginning of the kids parade around the church, he looked so proud, it was very sweet.

Love the pioneer outfits -- that is great. Maybe next year we'll get more into it -- however, UT is the place to be for that day.
