The morning began with delicious breakfast burritos, we think the best we've had yet. My dad is perfecting a good thing, and we were glad to be partakers of it. After breakfast we got drove down to enjoy the parade, Rique raked in a load of candy, salt water taffy was very popular this year. Then it was off to the carnival and in the evening to the show and fireworks, Wow, I'm tired just writing about it.
Seth and Rique shot off this slide like nobody's business. It was fun to see.
Rora loved running around on the grass at the big show. We all loved the fireworks.
We told Rique to make sure Mei Mei didn't climb out, he took this as a command to keep her in a head lock the entire ducky ride, she was safe, but I'm not sure if she'd like to do it again.
