We were without carseats on our first morning on our own, so we made do at Grandmas.

Rora liked the pop up sock puppet that Enrique and I made out of an oatmeal container, stick, stickers, sock and paper bag.

We went to see the seals in Carpenteria, but we missed them (all 300+). Apparently they prefer the ocean on days like this. We did get to see two before they joined the rest in the water and we got to take a nice walk.

Aurora wanted to walk too.

It took longer with our princess on foot, but it was much more memorable with her sharing it.
